Cause Of White Spots On Penis, Burning Urination, And Bleeding?

hi im shaun iv recently notice a small white spot to the left side of my pe hole it burns when urinating and does bleed iv never had any sexual health problems or other health problems in the past and this white spot jus appeared from nowhere jus wonderin if i could have some information please if possibe

I can understand your problem this could be hypersensitivity reaction and the first possibility would be drugs if you have taken any sulfa group of drug then this could cause such lesion and second if the history of drug is not there then could be because of some food or drinks, I would advise you to see the dermatologist because in such cases the clinical examination is must and this could help in diagnosis hope this information helps you have good day.
