Chances Of Getting Pregnant Without Having Periods

Hi my name is Chris. I am 22 years old and have never had a period. My doctors have run all sorts of tests on me and have concluded that the only thing wrong is that I have a low LH and FSH. For the past week or 2 I have felt very tired, gassy, minor cramps every once and a while, and have been having alot of heart burn which resulted in a soar throat. I looked my symptoms up online and it keeps telling me pregnant. Could this be a possibility? I took 2 tests that came up negative. What are your thoughts?

1.Pregnancy with absence of periods could be difficult, but can't completely ruled out.
2.Generally urine pregnancy test positive after a missed periods, but you have no idea about your periods, other thing to count from the day of unprotected sex - around 8 - 14 days to implant.
3.In case of concern get a blood test done.
4.The symptoms you have also seen in the infective reasons.
5.However get an appointment and get cleared with the issue.Hope it helps you.
