Chest Burning, Coughing, Hurts To Breathe In. Pneumonia?

Hi :) I am thinking I may have a touch of pneumonia-my chest is burning and Ive been coughing about 3weeks now. When I breathe in it hurts on my left chest side. it almost feels like a cracked rib- would pneumonia make it feel like that? I thought maybe it was a pulled muscle but it realy hurts when i cough or bend over to pick up something,Do you think its pneumonia and I will need to get medicine?

Do u have fever is the first question?
If u do then u can have a fever or it can be some fluid in your lungs that can cause the pain. Even acidity and heartburn can give u a bad cough
