Hi
Your symptoms suggestive of blocked nose may be due to allergic rhinitis or nasal polyp. Chest heaviness or tightness is usually the early symptoms of asthma. Do an pulmonary function test for asthma diagnosis and a nose checkup for allergic rhinitis. Consult a allergy and asthma specialist or pulmonologist to relief your symptoms.
