i am a doctor ( oncologist ). on 4.2.13 i admitted on hospital with chest pain. angiogram show tripple vessel disease. RCA proximally 100% block, LAD mid segment 70-80% block, LCX proximmaly and distally 70-80% block. i have no DM, no HTN, no family h/o, i am non smoker, my ECG is normal, Echo normal with EF 62%, lipid profile normal except HDL 27 mg/dl, all other investigations are normal, i have no any other disease, my age is 48yrs. i am on tab aspirin with clopidrogil, tab atrovastatin 40mg, tab vasterel mr 35mg, tab nebivolol 2.5 mg, now i have no chest pain or any other complain. what is the best treatment for me. with thanks Dr. Nizamul Haque from Bangladesh
