Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

I have gone through your history.

Your partner seems to have panic attack and depression.
First , it is advisable to consult your cardiologist to rule out cardiac causes.

For panic attack and depression, you should consult your psychiatrist. Doctof may consider increasing dose of escitalopram or may switch to some else drug like sertraline or peroxetine.

He may also get benefit by counselling and stress management. Meanwhile he can do breathing exercise and youga for better control of anxiety.

Thanks.
