Chest Pain In Lower Left Ribs And Breast, Tightness In Chest, Sore Left Armpit. Cause Of Concern?

I have been having chest pain in my lower left ribs and breast for a while now. It comes and goes. I often experience tightness in the middle of my chest and I have recently noticed that my left armpit gets sore. The pain is mostly localized in my left ribs near my diaphragm but it sometimes radiates up my chest and back. I m starting to get nervous about this. What do you think this could be?
