Chest Pain, Labored Breathing, Pins And Needles Sensation In Fingers, Face. Treatment?
my son was playing a football match when he complained of a pain in his chest the pain got so bad that he fell to the ground in pain his breathing was laboured. the pain on examination .was below his sternum in the middle .He complained also that he had pins and needles in his fingers and face. He is okay now but the the area where he had the pain is sensitive

Such complaints can occur in various conditions that involve the heart or it could be because of a reflux. Such presentation can also be seen in conditions like exercise induced bronchial asthma. Various investigations like PEFR, ECG, ECHO, Endoscopy etc may be required to arrive at a diagnosis.
