Hello chancedeschene
Welcome to HCM
Smoking pot (marijuana or weed) lead to a number of side effects apart from drug effects. Smoke in any form is usually harmful to self as well as to others in form of passive smoking.
Chronic smoking pot may lead to inflammation in respiratory tissues and it may lead to development of fibrosis which may cause pain in chest and also by blockage of nasal tube cause blockage ear and ringing.
Smoking may also increase the susceptibility of an individual to development of Tuberculosis or Koch's which may also present with pain in chest.
So please try to quit smoking and you can take steam inhalation for quick relief.
Hope I cleared your query.
Take Care
