Chest Pain, Stomach Blockage, Shortness Of Breath

I have had pain under my left breast on my rib cage & when I went to the er they sd I had blockage in my stomach-They did not look where I was hurting but also did an ekg since I have shortness of breath! Now I still have the pain and notice that I am swollen under my left breast going into my upper left bk and I hurt on my left side into my bk and have trouble breathing still! Do you know what this may be?

You could be suffering from anything like an abscess of the chest wall or it could be coming from deeper tissues like ribs or lungs and its covering pleura. You should get an xray of the area and if required a CT scan/USG done to arrive at the diagnosis and it could be treated based on the diagnosis.
