Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Let me explain few things about the disease so that you could understand as,
Dry cough,
sneezing,
sore throat,
itching in eyes,
running nose, whistling sound, wheezing rales .
lacrimation in eyes ( tears), breathlessness,
All these above mentioned symptoms are usually due to asthmatic allergic bronchitis.
One possibility of your disease may be asthmatic allergic bronchitis.
Cold clammy skin, excessive sweating, tiredness sore tongue, all may be due to asthmatic allergic bronchitis.
So this can be confirmed by a physician with physical examination.
2nd possibility may be due to bronchiectasis .( but in this disease there is excessive expectoration present while you have dry cough)
In my opinion this is not a case of pneumonia as all symptoms are not related to pneumonia or mycoplasma infection.
Cough syrup may help but prednisolone is not good for you in my opinion.
Consult a physician and take treatment .
Good luck.
