Chest Tightened, Heart Racing. Why Would This Happen?
Hi, my name is NyCole. Saturday I attended a Gospel event, while walking from the car to the entrance of the building, my chest tightened up and my heart was beating hard and fast as if I had just did a cardio workout. I did have on some 5 inch wedges - not sure if that would have anything to do with it. It concerned me DEEPLY. Could it have happened because I need to exercise?
