Chest Tightness, Difficulty In Breathing. Doing Weight Lifting In Gym. Possible Cause?

I have chest tightness and feels like its hard to take a breath in at times. i been going to the gym and lifting weights about 4 to 5 nights a week. i take a pre workout called black powder im not sure if that caused it or not because today i havent been to the gym and feel that way again. what could this be? im a 25 year old female

Hi,
Black powder supplements are not known to cause chest tightness or any breathing difficulties. Rarely, allergy to some of its content can provoke similar complaints.
You may check out your hemoglobin. You should contact your physician if you are experiencing same problem even without exertion.
