Chest Tightness, Hard Lump On Left Upper Breast Causes Itching, Rash. CT Scan, X-ray, MRI Didnot Show Anything

Hi, I keep having chest tightness, feeling hard lump on my left upper breast. Had outer sound, x- ray, CT scan, and MRI. They see and feel it on my body but in those picture see nothing last year I had brown dry blood appear on my left breast dr. Gave me antibiotic medication it gone then now it appear back but this time last couple month turn red and brown under breast and side of breast itching, rash and hurt when touch. I look up online what to do recommend I use soap free body wash product I try not seem to work and I also try Vaseline put on three time a day worse it get more itching and red even more. What should I do going to all kind of specialist you can think of. It get to point it frustration no one can figure what wrong everyone said see it and feel it but it not show in the picture.

Hi,

I can understand your concern for the Chest tightness, hard lump on left upper breast causes itching and rash.

After reading the query, in my opinion it appears to be two possibilities:

1. Allergic dermatitis: There is sudden redness and itching on contact with a particular contact allergen.

2. Vasculitis: this is due to inflammation of small vessels which causes sudden redness with pain sensation rather than itching.

I suggest you to apply medium potency steroid cream application because are best effective in these condition. I would have opted for either mometasone or Fluticasone or cortisone cream. Do not pinch, pop or scratch or even touch the area unnecessarily as it can cause aggravation of the rash.

Wear cotton clothes and cotton inner garments which will give a soothing feeling to the skin. Stay away from extreme of cold environment. It would be best to consult a dermatologist for the best possible cause.
