Chest Tightness When Beginning An Exercise Program
Hi. I'm a 50 year old, overweight (not yet obese) female. I was diagnosed with asthma 10 years ago, but rarely need medication. I started walking on a treadmill to lose weight. If I run on the treadmill for one minute, 3 times throughout the 30 minutes I'm on the treadmill, I feel so bad. I can't take a deep breath and my chest feels very tight, not quite painful. I use my inhaler and sit for at least a half hour before I feel better. Should I keep excercising?
