I have got my chest X-ray report and yet to consult my doctor , report says lll-defined hazy opacity in right paracardiac region. what could be this?

There can be many causes for that picture. Please provide more information. Are you a smoker, if yes, for how long. What symptoms are you suffering from. Any chest pain, blood on coughing. Any weight loss, loss of appetite. Any health problem, please list.
