my chest x-ray result Lung fields are slightly hyperaerated. Suspicious densities are noted in the right infraclavicular area and left apex. Suggest apicolordotic view further evaluation. The minor fissure is slightly thickened in its lateral aspect. The heart is normal in size. The aorta is unremarkable. Diaphragm and bony thoracic cage are intact. No other remarkable findings.

GO FOR A HRCT THORAX AND GET THE CORRECT OPENION. IT COULD BE A SPACE OCCUPYING LESION (SOL) OR A CASE OF ATELACTASIS OF APICAL SEGMENTS AS THE FINDINGS ARE SUGGESTIVE OF EMPHYSEMATOS CHANGES. SO FIRST GO FOR HRCT THORAX. THANKS
