Hello can you pls explain, every abnormalities seen in this results please I dont really understand. please. I need an analysis about this. Exam: CR HEART & LUNGS (2 VIEWS) PEDIA CHEST PA Chest apl: Haziness in both lung fields with confluence in the right base is seen. Pulmonary vascularity is prominent. Heart is enlarged. Diaphragm is normal in position and contour. Both costophrenic sulci and visualized bones are intact. IMPRESSION/S: CARDIOMEGALY WITH PULMONARY CONGESTION PNEUMONIC PROCESS, RIGHT BASE

Hello dear..
Dear always remember doctors are there to treat the patients not the reports that is we all have been taught during our training period.
You should mention your age, your disease symptoms and related history, that would be more beneficial for both of us.
As per your X ray finding is concerned it indicates heart failure condition with mild pneumonia right side.
Dont be panicky, take your x ray and consult some physician,, sometimes X ray may be misinterpreted
