Iv suffered from sinusitis before, and im just wondering if i pushed myself too hard running yesterday, it was very cold
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
Running is good exercise and you should continue.
But immediately you can not so much long.
Start with small distance and gradually increase the distance.
In your case due to sudden running big distance your calf and back muscles went into spasms and strain on muscles caused this problem.
Running in cold atmosphere caught cough and cold.
Now get some rest for few days and afterwards start increasing running distance gradually.
In the cold take all precautions covering your body properly.
ok and bye.
