Child. Small Swelling At The Back Of Head, Ringworm Infection On Leg Which Is Not Disappeared. Any Connections?

my 4 year old son developed a small swelling at the back of his head but he says it is not pain him when you touch kit, before that he had a skin infection on the leg which the pharmacists said was ringworm and gave him treatment for it, the ring worm as not yet disappeared . could the swelling be connected to the infection ?

ringworm is fungus and it is very difficult to treat fungus or get it out of body
and if remains oes to other parts of body by touch
and throuh nails can come up on the place described
keep body clean airy dry
no toxic soaps oils shampoo creams and body application materials
keep dry
antifungal medicine once a week for 3 months
antiallergic sos for itch
apply antifungal ointments and powders on areas for 3 months
