Child Bitten By Rabies Infected Stray Dog, Had Rabipur Shot. Further Treatment Required?

hi doctor , my son 13 yrs old , just before 4 days one street dog bite him in his right leg , oue doctor given him rebipur shot n tetanus shot , but two days before local public killed dog as said he was bitten by rebies infected dog few days before may be that dog got same symptoms, now after 5 rebipur shots wts sh i do?

Here is the protocol how we proceed with dogbite..

Wound at any site with fresh oozing of blood, bite on face etc: Category 3.
If category 3 immediate local care without suturing the wound, rabipur and tetanus toxoid.
Antirabies serum can be given within 72hrs..The earlier the better..
patient instructed to observe the dog for 10days, if it shows symptoms of rabies, he is instructed to take the specimen for virological testing if possible.
Schedule of rabipur:0,3,7,14,28th day...90th day is optional..
Milder categories of bite just need 5 doses of rabipur..
Depends on the category of bite wound
Get 90th day vaccination to be sure..
