Child Complaining Of Body Hot Randomly, No Temperature. Reason? What Could Be It?

Hello, My 12 year old daughter has been complaining that her body is hot randomly over the past few weeks. It comes and goes. She isn t running a temperature when she complains, and can t localize it to any one specific area. Last week, she complained, and within a few minutes was out cold , woke up a few hours later and was fine, this evening she complained again, again no fever , but this time she said it makes her legs wobbly and she needed to lay down. She is on the couch now, not complaining but stating her whole body is hot. When I ask her to explain she says my whole body is hot on the inside .

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi, your daughter might be experiencing the changes that happens normally due to the changes in the hormones in the body. nothing to worry about it. it could be due to the progesterone produced in the body after ovulation. convince her that there is no problem. give her balanced diet, green leafy vegetables, fruits and ask her to go for exercises. all the best.
