I have gone through your query regarding pain in abdomen of your child though she is also having running nose & pain in ear.
On the basis of clinical history your daughter is appears to be having acute respiratory tract infection involving her nose and sinuses, giving rise to painful acute otitis media by blocking eustachian tube. Due to sinusitis she is having post nasal drip thus infected discharge as reaches the stomach produces dyspepsia and acute lymphadenitis in mesentric nodes, which give rise to acute pain in abdomen.
Thus you may give-
(1) tab paracetamol.
(2) Steam inhalation.
(3) Decongestant.
I hope this help your daughter.
Regards.
