Child Fell Off A Toy Yesterday. Today She Had Swelling On Chin. Delayed Reaction?

My 3 year old fell off a toy yesterday and chin nothing major it didn t break the skin. She went to sleep later that night and woke this morning fine. This afternoon I pick her from school and her entire lower face and chin are swollen. Is this possible as a delayed reaction or could it be something else. She has several allergies but never a reaction or physical symptom like this.

Keisha ! Do she has fever and cold too, give her hot compress, if symptom remain same and she has pain too . Consult child doctor.
