Child Having A Loose Tooth, Underneath Its Looks Like Small White Bump Is Forming, Getting Fever. Is This Related? Concerned?

As the age of your child is 7 ,I suppose that there is exfoliation of primary tooth and erruption of permanent tooth, it is a natural phenomenon and you dont need to worry at all.

You can visit to a Dentist and get the checkup once.
For fever you can take tab paracetomol twice daily.
Maintain a good oral hygiene.

The bump underneath the tooth may be due to abscess developed from periapical infection.
Please do get both the teeth removed as soon as possible.
Abscess formation can cause diarrhea,fever,headache,nausea etc.
Take antibiotics-analgesics after consulting with your dentist.
Get dental check-up in every 6 months.
Make sure that your son's milk teeth are shed at proper time to prevent improper eruption of permanent successors.

Since the age of 6 years permanent teeth starts erupting in the oral cavity and continue upto the age of 13-14 years and wisdom teeth is the last to be erupted at the age of 17-21 years.

During this eruption sequence sometimes the child may have low grade fever,gum swelling,
reduced diet intake and sleep problems.

The white bump which you are describing is the permanent teeth that is erupting from inside,the loose tooth will be exfoliated within sometime and their is no need to worry.

If the fever persists and not reducing better visit a general physician once.

It looks like your sons tooth is shedding off. It should be extracted by your dentist immediatly. The permanent tooth is on its way to eruption so you need not worry. fever need not be associated with it. Any you can consult your pediatrician to identify the reason. Take care.

at age 7 upper central teeth erupts,the loose tooth shows that permanent tooth is erupting
sometimes a bluish red swelling (cyst) is formed prior to eruption,known as eruption cyst.
normally it is harmless and subsides on its own once the tooth is erupted and it doesnot requires any treatment

fever is not related to eruption cyst
consult a doctor for fever
