Child Having Recurrent Ear Infection, Has Bulging Ear, Fever. Taking Advil, Sleeps With The Fan On. Reason?

my daughter just went to kaiser and because she has a ear infection shes only 16months old and this is her secound one in two months. my wife has a in home daycare thats she runs and we sleep with the fan on is that a problem the doctor said she has a bulging ear infections . she had a fever for the last 3 three days and we gave her advil and she vomited once.
