Child In Need Of Education On How To Keep A Tampon. Feels Pain When Inserting. Is There Any Video Or Diagram To Help Her?
Hi my question is actually support I need for my 16 year old daughter. She is desperately attempting to learn to use a tampon but she claims she is feeling pain when trying to put it into place. I bought her the smallest ones available with a plastic applicator and some ky jelly to help with insertion but she is terribly fearful yet determined. Is there some type of diagram or video that can help her learn how to use them? She will not accept my help because she feels embarrassed. Please advise... Thank you
