Child Suffering With Upper Tract Infection With Rapidly Spreading Rash Over Joints That Disappears Within Hours. Cause?

Hiya my son is two and a half and he has an upper tract infection the last 5 days.a rash appeared on him last night and spread rapidly and the disappeared its like a rash of hives and it just all joins together and just spreads everywhere and it dose be really hot he looks sunburnt they turn white and are lumpy and then disappear a couple of hours later?

hi i think u are suffering from acute urticaria mainly due to secondary infection that is uti infection. .it presents as urticarial hives all over the body and signs of inflammation present use atarax 25 mg at night,oral antibiotic twice daily and alaspan in the morning and application of calamine lotion over the lesions can cure it
