Chills, Sharp Pain On Right Side Of Stomach, Bloating, Gassy Feeling, Blood In Stools, Rumbling Sounds, Rapid Heart Beats. Any Ideas?

I am 15, and i am experiencing many symptoms of cholangitis and gallstones, but since i know that once you read symptoms you make yourself think you have everything i made a list beforehand. I am experiencing chills feverish feeling, sharp pain in my right side of the stomach that penetrate to the upper back area, cramps , bloating , gassy feeling, sometimes blood in the stool , reddish brown stool, loud rumbling sounds, and my heart seems to beat faster when i experience the cramps. So do you have any idea what this may be?

Hi,

For someone to experience gall bladder problems at this age is quite rare. Gall bladder diseases are more common in the middle age group and more among women than men. In case, you are overweight or obese for your age, we could still think of gall bladder issues.

Your symptoms mostly suggest indigestion and gastritis like picture. You will benefit with TUMS or over the counter antacid medications for a month or so.

Overall, your eating habits look not fine and this may be the reason for you having blood in stools, rumbling sounds, gassy feeling et al.

Please take bland food rich in salads and fruits and consume plenty of water orally. If your symptoms increase, you may have to go in for an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy.
