my total cholesterol level is 182 and blood sugar is 106(random) and my triglycerides 160 this value is normal or high

If you have had history of high cholesterol or diabetes you will need to continue medications for the same and re-check your lipid profile and blood sugar levels on a regular basis. Even if values are normal after treatment you may need to continue the medications after consultation with your physician.
