Chronic Cough, High TSH Level. Any Precautions & Advise?

Hi Sir My mother age is 52 as in the test TSH is high as per report after blood test Now doctor had suggested me to contact Endocrinologist for further treatment Now she is having more cough from last 15 days Worried is this a major issue what are the precautions to be taken please help me Please reply for my mail id - YYYY@YYYY
