Hi,
Chronic headaches are either primary (migraines, cluster or tension) headaches or secondary headaches (other organic or psychiatric cause). Depending on the pain type, duration, intensity, associated and relieving symtoms, irradiations and response to particular drugs and circumstances, a clear distinction can be made. It made take time and some therapeutic trials or steps to get to a specific diagnosis.
At times, more detailed exams coupled with a good clinical evaluation might be needed. This could be a CT Scan of the brain and specific neurological tests. Consultation with a neurologist is an ideal option for a proper evaluation. He shall decide on other exams to ask and determine whether a psychiatric consultation, which at times might be incoorporated in patient care in people with particular headache types, depending in the case is necessary. I is almost impossible that the mercury you think is at the origin of your symptoms is really the cause.
Thanks and hope this helps.

Hi Sales, welcome to Health care magic forum. Headache is a cunning problem, with different aetiologies. There are so many causes like sinusitis, chronic infections, eye sight problem, tension head aches, or even grouths in the cranium. If you didn't consult a doctor till date, i advise you to consult an opthalmologist, to exclude refractive index. then to ENTsurgeon, to exclude sinusitis, then consider a neurologist to exclude intr cranial problems.
As you think mercury cant be a cause, it can cause gastrointestinal problems, but not the systemic problems like head ache. More over mercury is very heavy metal that will go to the base of the jug, and if you drink whole of the water in the jug then only you can swallow the mercury.
I advise you to leave the feeling that you have drank the mercury, because mental tension is the sole cause of majarity of the head aches.
I also advise you to follow some diet recommendations as take more of green leafy vegetables, and pulses to provide iron, essential vitamins, and to have regular soft stools.
Avoid taking more of spices, chillies, fats, and junk foods to avoid gastric disturbances and mood disturbances. Wishing for a quick recovery and thanks for calling.
