Hi, you are suffering with chronic diarrhea, and cramps. You had carcenoid syndrome, and H.I.V. You should continue the H.I.V.medicine with out a skip, for ever. You better have a checkup with your doctor for any change in the carcinoid syndrome. I to my patient with such condition, prescribe ofloxacin, ornidazole, ranitidine, lactic acid bacilli, and dicyclomine hydrochloride for cramps. Thank you.
