Hello it seems from the history that you are having chronic migraine precipitated by stress. You are on treatment with vasograin. Vasograin is a ergot alkaloid and it is used during acute attack. Since it is a potent vasoconstrictor it has to be used carefully. Since you are having repeated attacks of the migraine, you need to use prophylactic drugs to prevent the acute attacks of migraine. The common prophylactic drugs used are flunarizine or beta blockers like propranolol. Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for prescription of drugs.
Thank you
