Chronic Problem Of Watery Eyes, Blocked Nostrils On Lying Down, Cold Climate. Cause?
Hi I m 29 yrs old and I have had this chronic prob of watery eyes. Mainly my le but sometimes both. I have also noticed that when lying down one of the nostrils is blocked. It can either one. My symptoms only occurs when lying down and also when it s cold outside. I don t think it s a eye prob because I know the puncta isn t blocked and doesn t occur in the daytime.

I would suggest you get your nasal cavity examined by an ENT surgeon. First a deviated nasal septum needs to be looked fir. Apart from this, if you are having any suspicious problem with maxillary sinuses, a CT Scan of paranasal sinuses coronal plane may be necessary. This will throw light on osteomeatal compkex (place where sinuses open into nasal cavity).
