Chronic Scrotal Inflammation And Penile Venous Congestion. Penile Venoablation Needed?

I have penile superficial venous congestion and chronic scrotal skin inflamation and brown blood leaking into the scrotal skin and my scrotal skin is red raw like as if its been burnt and several superficial varicouse veins stemming from groin into scrotal skin not varicouceles but superficial skin penile venogram and ebolization and ligation needed but cannot find a vascular interventional radiologist who can perform penile venoablation

Sir,You have mentioned the appearance of your condition but not the symptoms(suffering).Any fungal infection with superadded bacterial infection can cause this problem.
As far as i know penile superficial venous congestion is a normal appearance and does not warrant venogram,ligation or embolisation by vascular interventional radiologist .Penile venoablation may cause harm too.
Your age, and presence of Diabetes ,Are you on any anti blood clotting/blood thinning drugs?Any lymph node enlargement in your groin?
