Circular Rash On Pits Of Elbow, Comes And Goes. Relief With Lotion. What Is It?

My daughter, age 10, has a circularish rash in the pits of both her elbows. It has come and gone over the last 2 weeks. No itch or irritation associated with it. She has been using over the counter hand lotion on it and it does seem to help. My initial concern was ringworm but the color is uniform and the rash comes and goes. Any suggestions?
