Circumcised To Cure Phimosis. Minor Bleeding From Stitches. Given Antibiotics And Pain Killers. Is There A Possibility Of Infection?

hi , i m 24 years old and was circumcised (to cure phimosis) on Monday morning . stitching was done with self dissolving stitches. after the operation , there was minor bleeding from stitches which stopped by the evening.
i was prescribed , antibiotics and very light pain killer. Today (saturday) , when i wake up , there was blood (red color , not yellowish) oozing from 3 stitches on upper side. Is there a possibility of infection there.
i wash the whole area with antiseptic solution(povidone iodine solution) twice a day.

Hi,
It seems that there might be some rubbing of clothes or inner wear with stitched wound giving rise to bleeding.
nothing to worry, continue applying povidione iodine locally.
See that there should not be having irritation by clothes.
