hi doctor
i noticed the whenever i masturbate nowadays my cum is very clear ...this is something weird because earlier it used to be thick white in color and two weeks ago i had a ball pain and went to a hospital they took a UGS in my scrotum area and they found that i have a epididymal cyst on the right side...my doctor said it will never affect my married life in the future ...but im worried if this has to do anything with clear cum ?

Hi, the out come of the masturbation may be thick, when the sperm is stored for long time, and thin when you had sex or masturbate recently. so don't worry, it may be a common finding, if it continues to be thin, it could be due to the obstruction of the sperm by the cyst. Then you can consult a urologist for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
