Clear Phlegm In Throat. Have To Clear The Throat All The Time. Taking Nasal Sprays. Suggestions?

Hello my name is Jennifer. I have to clear my throat all the time, there is clear flem. It has started in the middle of June in the evenings and today is November 13th and I am clearing my throat all the time now. I do have a nasel spray I am taking for when I have a sin infection, thinking this would help. Need answers please. Thank you for your time.

It seems like you are having chronic sinusitis and the phelgm is because of postnasal drip.
Hence I advice you to consult your ENT doctor evaluation and treatment accordingly.
