Client Has Been Taking Biaxan For 2 Years For Mycobacterium

Client has been taking Biaxan for 2 years for mycobacterium avium. All of a sudden, she has many cavities. Could this be from Biaxan use, or more likely from changing toothpaste to non-fluoride toothpaste, (and getting a water filter for the home, which filters out flouride)?
