I suggest you to continue oral antibiotics as suggested. In addition topical antibiotic cream with steroid can be useful in reducing the inflammation and reduce swelling. Warm compresses over the affect region will also benefit you.
Hope this helps.

Clitoris Hood Swollen, Hurt While Urinating. Having Urine Infection. How To Get Relief From Swelling?
Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum. It appears that you have inflammation of the vulval structures. Presuming you do not have any itching, rashes or vaginal discharge, this inflammation could be related to the urinary tract infection detected. I suggest you to continue oral antibiotics as suggested. In addition topical antibiotic cream with steroid can be useful in reducing the inflammation and reduce swelling. Warm compresses over the affect region will also benefit you. Hope this helps. Regards
