Clusters Of Pimples On Face, Lips, Allergic Dermatitis. On Cortisone Cream, Condition Spreading. Causes?

I have recurrent clusters of painful white pimples on my face and lips . I just to the doctor and he told me the patch on my cheek was allergic dermatitis and put me on cortisone cream and two antibiotics. That seems to be helping the patch on my cheek, however now I have two more patches on my lips. What could this be?

HI WHITE PIMPLES ON FACE AND LIPS ARE DUE TO CORTISONE APPLICATTION
CLUSTERS OF PIMPLES CAN BE A SIGN OF HERPES.RULE OUT HERPES FIRST OTHERWISE TREAT IT WITH NADOXIN GEL IN THE MORNING AND BENZYL PEROXIDE IN THE NIGHT
