Cold, Fever, Cough, Itching Inside Head. What To Do?

Hi .. I am suffering from cough n cold fever since 4-5 days. Since 2 days it is lessen now, feeling little better. But, meanwhile when the fever caught me, I was having somewhat say little itchness inside the head i.e. inside top right side part of head. The itchness was last only for few seconds and ends. This was happened 3 times in 3-4 hours. Later, I caught with cough n cold fever. So, please let me know as I am feeling little still itchness sometime once in a day at the same position in head.
