Cold With Headaches, Blocked Nose, Aching, Hurting Tongue. What Do You Think ?
I have caught a cold just less than a week ago now. All the normal symptoms headaches , blocked nose , aching etc etc except that a few days a go my tongue started hurting mostly at the back but also underneath. I checked for any sign of cuts or a lesion since I haven t noticeably burned or bit it but all I noticed is that its white specially near the back, what do you think?

It could be an attack of URTI, regarding tongue it could be a lingual tonsillitis.
Take any broad spectrum antibiotic like amoxiclav, with anti inflammatory like Tab Chymoral plus, anti histaminics like levocet.
Do antiseptic gargles.
Avoid cold, junk feeds, smoking and alcohol.
