Completely Blocked CAD Artery, Rest All Normal. How Long Can This Be Managed Through Medicines?

Hi, My father is 73 years old, 155cm ht and 51kg wt. One of his arteries, CAD (left one) is 100% blocked. Other 2 arteries are fine, no blocks. BP normal, no sugar, no cholestrol. Pure vegiterian and no vices. His creatinine is 1.5 (constant for the past 4-6 months. His daily activities are generally limited. Can we manage only through medicine. If so how long? Thanks

Hallo Thanks for your query.Your fathers coronary angiogram revealed complete blockage of Left Coronary Artery. Though he has no symptoms at present there is high risk of he developing acute Myocardial Infarction.at any time in near future.So please consult Intervention Cardiologist who may advice you to undedrgo Angioplasty and stenting.This is a very safe procedure.
