hi doctor,
i m renuka from hyderabad ,i am conceived now of 8 weeks .when i had a scan my baby heart beat was 112 and doctor said normal is 140 and asked me to come on 9th week to repeat scan,wil it improve actually i want to know .please reply.i got first missed carriage 2 yrs back on tests it was found that tnf alpha positive and nk cells positive will it affects baby

Yes your baby heart beat can improve, if there is no major congenital anomaly.
High TNF-Alpha can cause miscarriage.
but the role of NK cell is controversial.
Let see the result of this pregnancy.
i will advise you to consult a Gynaecologist for the planning of pregnancy
