Concerned For Lump On Clavicle With A History Of Fracture

I have had my left hearing and balance mechanism removed. I have lived with this for 10 years. I am on much medication to stay mobile and not so dizzy. My right hearing and balance mechanism has an acute problem. If I have my right balance mechanism destroyed either by chemical injections or an operation, will I be confined to a wheel chair unable to walk at all?
