M.C.H 24.8 and Eosinophils 22% more than normal range . .Neutrophils 29 % . Lmyphocytes 47% ..i am concerned about her and in tension ..her age is 2 year ..what has happened to her is it serious? in blood report there is difference in range mentioned above.
Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. As you mentioned that there is eosinophils 22 % , this is very abnormal as normal count is 2-5 %. This is case of tropical eosinophilis , as diagnosis is confirmed by elevated level of eosinophils . Allergic asthmatic bronchitis may be the another cause of congestion . Allergy develops congestion in lungs , we call it bronchoconstriction and this causes cough ( usually dry in nature). In my opinion consult a physician and get treatment for tropical eosinophilia and allergic asthmatic bronchitis. Nothing to worry as this is a common disease in children due to allergy. Good luck.
