Congestive Heart Failure Patient. Suggested Whey Protein. Has High Amount Of Sodium. Safe To Drink?
yes, i am a congestive heart failure patient that has had a heart attack two years ago and currently has a medtronic difilbrilator/pacemaker installed... I have hired a professional personal trainer. He told me about some whey protein , but i see that there is a high amount of sodium in each individual shake (350 mg.) Am i able to drink this ?
It is good to avoid excess sodium.
In borderline instances, failure will be precipitated / in addition to raise of blood pressure, in many
There are other/natural sources of protein with less sodium
Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
